In generel each and every part of the JetCutter can be replaced with spares. Some of these we hold in stock to ensure short downtime of the machines. Others are available upon request from our suppliers. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for manufacturing and shipping. A variety of consumables like nozzles or filters is always available.

Cutting tools
geniaLab® offers a variety of different cutting tools for its JetCutter machines. There are two main types: one for the Type S and one for the Types T and H.
Depending on the application you can choose from

• different string diameters, 50...300 µm,
• different string types (wire or cable),
• different numbers of strings: 12, 16, 24, or 48
• special geometries on request

Nozzle inserts
We offer special solid jet nozzles from stainless steel (316) which are compatible with all JetCutter machines. Nozzle inserts are available for a wide range of opening diameters from 0.1...3.0 mm. For small diameters we offer specifically modified nozzle inserts to allow formation of a solid jet at lower jet velocities.

Nozzle holders
Two different nozzle holders are offered that are compatible with Types T and S. A regular nozzle holder and one designed to connect to a heating circulator to control the temperature of the fluid before it enters and leaves the nozzle.

Inline filters
To guarantee low downtime of the machine due to clogging of the nozzle the use of an inline filter system is advisable. geniaLab® offers inline filter systems from stainless steel (316) for different throughputs. The mesh size of the filter insert should be adapted to the nozzle insert used. Different filter inserts are available with mesh sizes of 15 and 90 µm (sinter) or 40, 140, 230, and 440 µm (mesh).

Tubing
Depending on the requirements of your application we offer differnt tubing from poly-amide (PA) and poly-tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) of different diameters and suitable for various maximum pressures.
