We offer a variety of products that are indispensable for working with a JetCutter machine or that facilitate your work and guarantee more efficiency.

Pumps with low pulsation
Pumps in particular are advantageous for continuous operation and throughputs of more than one or two liters per hour. We offer a variety of almost pulsation-free pumps from different suppliers. All products were successfully employed in our lab and in our production plants for years. Benefit from geniaLab®'s experience to find the right pump for your application. Different specifications are available to meet the requirements regarding the fluid's viscosity, the aimed at throughputs, and necessary pressures.

Pressurized vessels
For small-scale batch experiments and abrasive fluids, e.g. fluids bearing a high loading of mineral powder, the use of a pressurized vessel will be favorable. geniaLab® offers pressurized vessels from various manufactures all made from stainless steel.

Stroboscopes
We offer stroboscopes for observing the drop formation process at suitable flashing frequencies. The use of a stroboscope is absolutely inevitable for efficient work with your JetCutter!

Magnetic stirrer
Especially for JetCutter Type S we offer magnetic stirrers with stainless steel housing that can be connected to the power supply of the control unit. This helps to reduce the need for a further power socket and hence to control the "cable spaghetti" in this limited sterile work space.

Software
BeadSim helps you to easier find the suitable parameter values for the production of beads with the JetCutter. This software runs on PC systems and is solely sold in combination with JetCutter machines.
